Cornerstone Inspections MD LLC, operating as Cornerstone Inspections MD, is responsible for this website and the inspection requests submitted through it.
Information you provide
The booking form collects your name, email address, phone number, property address, property type, square footage, selected inspection service, and preferred appointment date and time. Depending on the service, it also asks for the inspection purpose, year built, whether a separate structure is included, and rental unit count and scope.
You may optionally provide a builder warranty expiration date, expected closing or final walkthrough date, real estate agent contact details, and property notes. Please avoid including payment details or sensitive access codes in notes.
If you contact us using an email or telephone link, you choose what information to share in that conversation. Email links open your email application; they do not submit a booking request.
How information is used
We use contact and property information to respond to requests, prepare inspection estimates, and coordinate inspections. Submitted records include the calculated estimate, request date, request identifier, and booking status. Submitting a request does not collect payment or confirm an appointment.
The booking system also processes a hashed version of the connecting IP address to limit repeated submissions, and uses request identifiers and a fingerprint of the submitted information to prevent duplicate requests.
Storage and service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting and processes website requests. Submitted booking information is stored in Cloudflare D1, a database service used by this website. These services process information as part of delivering the website and storing requests for the business to review.
The booking system does not currently send automatic email notifications to the business, customers, or agents. It has no connected email, payment, or calendar provider. Contact by email is separate from the booking system and is handled through the email services used by the sender and the business.
Browser storage and cookies
The booking form uses your browser’s session storage to save entered details and your current step in the same browser tab. It can restore a draft saved within the previous 24 hours. This is a recovery window, not a promise that submitted records are deleted after 24 hours. Session storage normally ends when the tab is closed, subject to your browser’s restore behavior.
After submission, the saved draft is replaced with confirmation details. Browser storage can be unavailable or cleared through your browser settings. The website application does not set its own cookies or include advertising trackers or an analytics integration. Hosting services still process technical information needed to serve requests.
Retention
Submitted booking records remain stored for business review and follow-up; the current booking system does not automatically delete them on a fixed schedule. Temporary submission-limiting records expire after their hourly window and are cleaned up during later submission checks. Browser draft storage is separate from submitted booking records.

To ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or discuss deletion, email info@cornerstoneinspectionsmd.com. Include enough information to identify your request, without sending sensitive documents or access codes.
Policy changes
Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Please review it when you use the website or submit a new request.
